1. If I’m not satisfied after a purchase can I get a refund?
I’m sorry, we cannot provide a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. This is because upon registering for free on our website, you will have an increased per-submission limit of 500 words. This serves as a trial for our premium version.
If you are activated as a registered user and get the test premium with a higher word limit and then purchase the plan, it indicates that you have enjoyed using the premium version of the tool.
2. If the website is down can I Ask for a Refund?
I believe our website has not experienced any downtime recently. If this situation occurs, we are unable to provide a refund as it is determined by our administration. However, we are willing to compensate you by extending the word limit and increasing the duration of your premium subscription if the website experiences downtime throughout the day or if you lose queries due to tools not working.
3. Do I get a Refund if I buy the same Plan twice?
Sure! We have a very clear policy for duplicate purchases, we will refund one of your two same purchases.
4. If I buy two different plans simultaneously, can I get a refund?
No, if you have purchased weekly and monthly plans, we will increase your word and validity limit. Please note that the weekly plan is non-refundable. If you purchased a monthly or annual subscription, we will refund the monthly subscription or, if you prefer, increase the word and time limit on the annual subscription.
5. If I buy during the Sale do I get a refund?
Clearly, we cannot issue a refund for the subscriptions at a discounted price. Nonetheless, we can help you by canceling automatic renewal.
6. Can I get a Refund for a Recurring Charge?
When you sign up for a plan, you have the option to choose automatic and manual rebilling at the checkout page. If you continue to auto renewal at this point, your subscription will be charged again after the specified validity period. Once the charge is activated, it is non-refundable. However, we will help you by canceling automatic rebilling for your next charge. You can contact us at the email [email protected]
